Happy anniversary to me!

Today marks the 5 year anniversary of my move to Scotland. It's amazing to think that I've already been in this amazing country for half a decade! Moving here was the best decision I ever made in my life. I love Sweden, but I never really felt like I fit in. It's like I always knew I was meant to live somewhere else. And now I think I've found my hometown, in Edinburgh. I absolutely love this city so much and it feels like I belong here. Things have finally come together for me, on all fronts, and I'm genuinely happy with my life right now. 

So five years since I moved to Scotland. A half decade since I made the most life altering decision of my life. It's been an amazing few years, and I hope for many more. I'm so glad I was brave enough to make the move.

This girl is very happy, I tell you. Happy, healthy and loving where she belongs. PS. I only wear glasses when I read but hey, I look cute in them!
