I can read again!!

Today I went into Specsavers and picked up my glasses, which looked better than I remembered. It's probably because these ones are new and shiny and the display pair I tried on, weren't. I still think I look like a librarian in specs, but I like these ones nontheless! Go with your first instinct = always the best way! So when I got them I was anxious to try them and whoa... I didn't realise that new glasses take so much getting used to. I mean, it feels weird to have them on my face, for starters, but I also have a strange feeling in my eyes. But still, I can read a book again woohoo!! I'm slower than usual because I'm adjusting, but I'm not getting a sore head anymore! Happy days indeed! 

So... yeah. I need glasses. I'm getting old. But I don't care. It's life! Now I just need to get used to wearing them and wait for the day I stop feeling like it's Halloween and I'm trying to look like a sexy geek, haha!
