Friyay

Today has been a very relaxing day. Again. We chilled by the pool – I have now restored my tan to its former Thailand glory – for a few hours, then walked down to the beach promenade and had lunch (swordfish, very yummy), then walked back up to the house. 

We realised right away that taking a jive selfie at this angle is impossible so...

At the house we got the car and went to buy some stuff. First stop was the flower plantation where, while my parents picked out flowers to put in the flowedbed in the backyard, I entertained myself by bonding with this fella:

He could say both "óla" and "bon dia/tarde"! Very charming little creature! I love this kind of parrot because it's beautiful and so piratey! Arrgh! 

Then we went grocery shopping (oh so fun lol) and then went home to once again sit in front of the tv. The main event of today, though, was my baby bro booking his tickets to come and join us for a few days! He's coming on Sunday, yay yay! Going to be great to have the whole family together! But first my parents are taking me into Lisbon tomorrow for the whole day! So I will go to bed now to sleep.
