I'm currently sat at the pier my boat is leaving from (or I was wee I wrote this post... stupid phone reception and shite wifi), thinking about what an amazing time I've had on this trip and how I never want to leave Koh Tao! I was also thinking that I shouldn't have had so much alcohol last night because I'm insanely hungover and that's not ideal for the journey I had ahead of me. But anyway.

The last couple days have been really chilled and nice. On Thursday morning Grace and I went out for breakfast and then went and explored the little town in which we've been staying. I spent the rest of the day lying by the pool just working on my tan while pretty much everyone else went and hiked up to a viewpoint here on the island. I decided to stay at the hotel because it is hot enough lying by the pool so I didn't fancy ascending an effing mountain in this heat. I mean, just sitting here in the shade I am sweating my tits off!

On Thursday night us girls went out to dinner and I had the best BBQ chicken kebab I've ever had! It was seriously amazing!

After dinner we went next door to our favourite bar Sundance where we once again watched the fire show. We sat there having drinks and I got more drunk than I should have. Thursday night got a bit crazy to be honest, but hey! I'm on holiday and bad decisions make good stories haha.

So I was a little bit hungover on Friday (seems like I've been hungover every day...) and was feeling a healthy and fresh breakfast when I went out with all the girls for breakfast. I had musli with banana, mango, yogurt and honey, and a large coffee. It was oh so yummy!

After breakfast a couple of the girls went across the street to get manicures and pedicures and massage, so I went along and ended up getting a pedicure and a Thai massage. It was the first time I've ever gotten a pedicure and I had no idea how he procedure went. I also suffer from decision anxiety so choosing a colour for the shellac was soooo difficult!! I kept changing my mind, probably annoying the woman a little bit, but I finally settled in this sparkly gold colour.

During the whole pedi I was being absolutely useless! I had no clue what was going on and most of the time I didn't understand what the woman wanted me to do, so she had to keep showing me or my friends had to tell me. I felt so bad for the woman because I could tell I was infuriating her, but I couldn't help it haha! But at least the result was ok, although the colour came out a little more plain than I wanted it to, but oh well. After my nails were done I got myself a Thai massage to prepare me for the long journey back to Bangkok.

I then spent the rest of the day at the pool. I much prefer a pool to the beach most of the time, because it's free of sand, it has wifi, near to a toilet, and this pool had some very comfy bean bags to lie in. So there I chilled with Phoebe, Grace and Laura until I had to go back to the room to pack and to get ready for the last night on Koh Tao.

So on Friday night we went to a lovely restaurant called Fizz. We usually go to dinner at about 7, 7:30, but we went earlier last night to be able to watch the sunset as we had our dinner. It was so lovely to sit there in the beautiful scenery with amazing people, just chatting and laughing as the sun set. One of our friends from the first two weeks, Philipp, also joined us which was great! And I also happened to have a plate of food that was the perfect combination of what I was in the mood for: chicken satay with peanut sauce, fries, and salad. It was a proper food orgasm! Oh my god it was so yummy!! I finished every bite despite being stuffed, so as a result I was carrying around a food baby for the entire night. So worth it!

After dinner we went into town to get ourselves a cheap bucket of alcohol (yes bucket hah) and then went down to the beach, bought a shisha (spelling??? One of those water pipe things they smoke in the Middle East) and sat there in the bean bags and drank and smoked, just having a lovely time.

The shisha (how the hell do you spell it?!) seshion was followed by a visit to...? You guessed it: Sundance! Of course we had to come back in our last night! There we drank some more, watched the fire show and then participated in it as well! They do a fire jumping rope, and fire limbo at the end of every night for everyone to join in. Safety first really isn't a thing in Thailand! They're letting drunk people play with fire haha!

Anyway, we had an amazing time! Such a great last night! I am going to miss this gang so much and I really hope to see them again in the future! It would be very sad if I didn't.

So now I'm sitting at the Bangkok Airport and I've just finished my very fancy breakfast... Omelette Platter at Burger King! It was the best I could find as my other options either lost loads or consisted of a dry sandwich. I was also starving so I thought fuck it! But my flight leaves in 35 minutes so best go to my gate eh! Now awaits me a 13 h flight...

By the way, on the other side of this flight me and this pink lady are parting ways. She's just too much for me to handle and she's broken. I need someone simple and while to share my adventures with. That's just how it is.
