Flight, train, taxi, bus, and truck got me here

What a day today has been! The flights to Bangkok were alright even though I got like, no sleep at all on the plane, resulting in me being absolutely shattered all day today! When I got to Bangkok airport everything went very smoothly, much to my delight! I went through customs and immigrations with ease, my luggage arrived straight away and there was a woman waiting there to take me to the place I'm staying.

I even had time to get myself a Thai SIM card for my phone so I can use my phone as I please, and they sorted everything for me, including replacing my old sim with the Thai one. They obviously gave me my old SIM back haha! 

Anyway, there was quite a bit of wait as I arrived at the airport at 9:35 am, and he bus we were going to take left at 3 pm. So at the airport this was my lunch: 

Hot dog in a bag! (And a banana) one of the weirdest food I've seen haha! 

But to get to the bus we had to take a train and a taxi, but it was so easy since this woman showed us – me and the other guy that landed at he same time as me – where to go and paid for it all. The bus from Bangkok to Singburi took about 2 hours and there we were picked up by one of the coordinators. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. 

After we had all settled into our rooms (I'm sharing with three lovely girls) we had dinner and just chilled in the warm evening. Now I'm tucked into bed with my Bridget Jones book (the 4th in the series) ready for a good night sleep. Tomorrow the adventure starts for real!
