Happy birthday to the best guy I know

Today is a very special day, because it's my beloved adopted cousins birthday!!!

He turns 27 today, which is just

so unbelievably old, and I have known him for 11 of those years. We have been through so much, and this amazing person has been my rock through a lot of ups and downs, given me endless laughs, great advice, and just everything you can ask in a friend! Which is why I adopted him as a cousin — because mere friendship wasn't enough for how much he means to me.

I am so happy that we still keep in touch even after I moved away, and I intend to keep him in my life no matter where I go. Even when a long time passes without us speaking, it doesn't matter. He truly is one of the best people I have ever met, and I love him to China and back!

I hate that I can't be in Sweden to celebrate with him so I just hope that all our friends + his girlfriend and family spoil him rotten with all the love and cake and presents and celebrations he deserves (which is all of it!), and I will be there in spirit. For realz!
